A well rounded yoga weekend for those who live in the city but do not have the time to take a week off abroad for a yoga retreat. A perfect time to recharge during the dark days of winter. You will go home feeling well nourished, rested and back with energy after doing a constructive sequence of a yin and yang yoga practice.
Located in a cosy and newly renovated farmhouse in the Ardennes - Ferme Du Chateau in Malvoisin, Namur - you will be able to disconnect from the busy world of phones, work deadlines or hectic weekends so that you can just take some time out for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Dynamic yoga classes starting with Yin and building up to Vinyasa by the end of the weekend.
(Traditional Hatha included - Pranayama, Asana, Meditation)
Yoga workshop working with props educating you on the balance of stamina, strength, flexibility and functional mobility.
Yoga talk on how to lead a life of meaning and purpose - unlock your potential!
A personal chef will be at the retreat so expect the food to be guilt free (sugar, gluten and lactose free), nutritious, rich in flavour, local and organic, vegetarian. Advice and recipes given for use at home.
Visit to a charming village
And just have fun! No need to feel obliged to do everything. The focus here will be on letting go so that you can return home fresh, invigorated and full of healthy energy!
