So runners, athletes, cross fitters, yoga fans, this is a one stop weekend retreat for you! Take a pause from the rush of daily living in this tranquil and serene setting and come back to your strength and center at our fitness retreat weekend.
Enjoy fun and engaging indoor & outdoor fitness and yoga classes customized for all abilities, with daily and nightly programming designed to inspire you to step out of your comfort zone and help you to leave feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and connected to a wonderful group of likeminded people.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
What is included?
2 Nights in a luxury 2 or 3 person room, always with its own bathroom.
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and healthy snacks, prepared with local and extremely fresh products by our private chef (of course we welcome vegans and vegetarians).

Yoga & meditation
Daily morning meditation with specific techniques taught to set you off into a meditation practice back at home.
Yoga for beginners and intermediate level; specifically designed for runners, athletes, cross fitters, etc.
Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga: a form of yoga in which you learn to link your breathing to movement.
Workout & other activities
High intensity interval training (HiiT): during this workout, intervals of high intensity are alternated with moments of active rest so that the body and endurance can be challenged to the maximum. The exercises are accessible to everyone, you determine the intensity yourself.
Bootcamp: a solid outdoor workout in which obstacles have to be overcome, the rest remains a surprise.
Kettlebell complex: this workout combines coordination with strength. A solid full body workout with only 1 weight.
Back & Core training: a lesson with stability exercises for the back and abdominal muscles, with the aim of a better posture, tighter abdominal muscles and, in the long term, fewer back complaints.
Silent walk in the surroundings of the Kemmelberg.

Michel Van Cauter
Michel's 10 year international corporate career came to an end when he founded his company Popup Yoga Concepts in 2015. He is a 400 RYT certified yoga instructor having practiced a variety of yoga styles since 2002. He has been technically trained as a power hot yoga instructor with a big emphasis on technical (anatomy) and public speaking. He complemented his training in traditional hatha in South India taught by monastic Indian scholars, remaining true to the essence of yoga. Michel teaches power / vinyasa, hatha & yin yoga.
In the course of his holistic health journey, Michel has witnessed the power of personal development and how our lives can significantly change through a consistent yoga practice, proper nutrition and harnessing self awareness & inquiry through daily meditation. He is also a qualified health coach and keynote speaker in wellbeing having led multiple international wellbeing retreats and company workshops. His broad experience in yoga and holistic health combined, has given him the expertise to communicate effectively on the importance of adopting a conscious mindset for a healthier life.
Sven is a certified Personal Trainer, Sportsmassage therapist and Fitness entrepreneur. From his passion for health and bringing people together, he founded UR’HEALTH to develop hollistic fitness concepts that can improve someone’s physical and mental wellbeing. Next to his role as Headcoach at EDGE ANTWERP, he also teaches several fitness related courses at Centrum voor Avondonderwijs.
Being specialised in functional training, Sven will make sure your overall strength, coordination and stamina will be challenged, using strength & conditioning workouts, stability & mobility excercises and outdoor bootcamps. Regression exercises are included in the workouts to make sure that all classes are open to all levels.
