Take a pause in this tranquil and serene setting in this luxurious farmhouse location in West Flanders & come back to your center at our winter wellness yoga weekend retreat.
This location is chosen for it's country charm, a 300 year old renovated farmhouse (a protected monument) and it's extensive wellness cabin in the back garden with a cold water natural pool.
A private masseuse will be on site for those who want to indulge in a deep tissue, shiatsu or holistic massage.
At this retreat you will enjoy fun and engaging indoor & outdoor wellbeing classes.
With enough rest, wellness, movement, meditation & exhilarating healthy food, we will leave intended time for you to relax and dream away to start your year right!

2 Nights in a luxury ensuite 2 person room
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and healthy snacks, prepared with local, seasonal fresh products by our private chef (we make vegan/vegetarian food exciting).

Michel Van Cauter
Michel's 10 year international corporate career came to an end when he founded his company Popup Yoga Concepts in 2015. He is a 400 RYT certified yoga instructor having practiced a variety of yoga styles since 2002. He has been technically trained as a power hot yoga instructor with a big emphasis on technical (anatomy) and public speaking. He complemented his training in traditional hatha in South India taught by monastic Indian scholars, remaining true to the essence of yoga. Michel teaches power / vinyasa, hatha & yin yoga.
In the course of his holistic health journey, Michel has witnessed the power of personal development and how our lives can significantly change through a consistent yoga practice, proper nutrition and harnessing self awareness & inquiry through daily meditation. He is also a qualified health coach and keynote speaker in wellbeing having led multiple international wellbeing retreats and company workshops. His broad experience in yoga and holistic health combined, has given him the expertise to communicate effectively on the importance of adopting a conscious mindset for a healthier life.
