This location boasts an indoor private swimming pool with dry sauna. A perfect way to unlock stress after any movement class or after an invigorating walk at the beach.
Our vegetarian chef will be tantalising your tastebuds with her "no nonsense", richly flavoured, colourful, varied vegetarian food so that you are energised and well nourished during these 3 days of restoration.

Holistic food: You wil have your own personal holistic chef to stimulate your tastebuds with an innovative menu.
We make healthy food fun, dynamic and a real feast. Everything will be cooked from scratch, using only the very best organic and seasonal ingredients (gluten free and dairy free options available.) There will always be enough food and snacks. Entirely holistic, no bloating or heavy feeling and enough protein. -
For those interested, recipes shared after the retreat so you can replicate this at home for yourself or your loved ones.
