A well rounded yoga weekend for those who live in the city but do not have the time to take a week off abroad for a yoga retreat. The overall theme will be a mini booster for an autumn detox and cleanse in mind, body and spirit.
Located in a cosy and newly renovated farmhouse in the Ardennes - Ferme Du Chateau in Malvoisin, Namur - you will be able to disconnect from the busy world of phones, work deadlines or hectic weekends so that you can just take some time out for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Dynamic yoga classes starting with Yin and building up to Vinyasa by the end of the weekend.
(Traditional Hatha included - Pranayama, Asana, Meditation)
Yoga workshop working with props educating you on proper alignment and the fundamentals of a solid yoga practice.
Digital detox - what this entails and the benefits it has to your overall wellbeing
Yoga talk on how to lead a life of meaning and purpose - unlock your potential!
A personal chef will be at the retreat so expect the food to be nutritious, rich in flavour, local and organic, vegetarian and above all - super healthy food for the soul! Advice will be given to those needing some tips for use at home.
Visit to a charming village
And just have fun! No need to feel obliged to do everything. The focus here will be on letting go so that you can return home fresh, invigorated and full of healthy energy!
Ferme Du Chateau in Malvoisin, Namur.
About 1h15 min drive from Brussels.
The farmhouse has a beautiful garden with a view on fields of horses, geese and chickens and even a trampoline in the garden! (No the animals are not jumping on them); It just feels very homey.
Rooms are basic and modern equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Bed linen and towels are also provided during the weekend.
Beautiful nature walks nearby and located close to charming villages.
