Yang: Pranayama, Traditional Hatha, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow

Indulge yourself in a week of daily dynamic yoga classes and wellbeing activities. 2 x 2 Hours of in depth yoga classes per day.

Educate yourself in various yoga workshops such as Fascia Discovery, Yoga Massage and Yoga Fundamentals
